Dr. Ghaz Samandari, PhD

Ever since I was young, I’ve challenged the status quo in service of greater equality and justice for all communities.

As a behavioral researcher in international women’s health, I worked for years to consolidate and amplify female voices, be it in the villages of sub-Saharan Africa or the halls of power in governments and NGOs.

Time and time again, I witnessed the awesome potential of women to move mountains if they were given the right tools, time and space to do so. Twenty years of research convinced me that any problem we face is better solved with the direct involvement of women.

With my unique experience in women’s rights and my skills as a transformational coach I enable women to assume their full power, so we can better solve emergent challenges in business and beyond.

As I like to say, a woman rising is a tide that lifts us all.
